when it was announced i was so happy.

and then…
i watched bridges and panchek go at it ( who are just slightly better than me) and it looked like they got smashed. singles on the cleans OMG this is going to kill me.
then i took a crack at it friday afternoon.
got off the rower just after 3 mins
t2b sets of 10 10 7 5 5 3 3 2 1 1 1 1 1( yea quick singles at the end had no rhythm and I'm good at t2b.
wall ball sets of 10 10 10 10
cleans i hit singles and they were rough
muscle ups had about 25 seconds to spare got 2x attempts failed both. whomp whomp
so it didn't beat me up i feel fine the day after. i know i can get that muscle up and a 181 score will likely raise me a couple thousand spots on the leader board. so monday going to hit that shit again with a new strategy.
