14.2

Well I'm glad that's over. I'm always impressed with the brutal combinations of movements that they can come up with for the open. 

My score 85. Yea I know watch out rich, but hey that's why I'm a professional scaled athlete.

 But 6 reps better than the first run through where my strategy went to crap. Came out to fast the first time and my forearms exploded. Not that going at a slower pace helped my forearms the second time either. 

So what did I take away from this open workout. I will need to work on my forearm/grip strength. I have recently read that some farmer walks with dumb bells with help. So I plan on adding those in whenever I can. 

Or maybe I'll start light with that shake weight. And yes this pick is real it was in a hotel fitness center.
